Cancellation Policy
No fee is charged for cancellation prior to 7 days before confirmed arrival date on low (1 - 31/5 & 6/9 - 15/10) season, 14 days during middle (1/6 - 10/7 & 26/8 - 5/9) and high (11/7 - 25/8)season.
Any cancellation made within 7 or 14 accordingly days before arrival date, results the 50% of the stay. In case of no-show or departure prior to scheduled date, results in 100% charge of the stay.
Guarantee Policy
A credit card authorization is required in order to confirm a reservation and depending of the length of the reservation a 30% of the entire amount of stay.
Children Policy
Children up to 4 years old are free of charge and up to 12 years old, 70% of the charge for the extra bed/person (Extra person costs 30,00 euro per night all season round).
